Windows to our Soul

What does one see......

When you look into their eyes......

Words are not spoken.......

But the inner Voice speaks.......

Listen......

Listen again.......

......and you will hear them!

Just by looking into their Eyes!!

Keeshond...Take 2

Let me introduce you to Keisha and Sigrid. They are Keeshond Dogs, or commonly known as Dutch Barge Dogs.

Keisha

Sigrid is the beloved companion of my friend Rhuari. She was my first introduction to the Keeshond Breed.

Sigrid

Keisha is my new arrival into our Dog Family. She was adopted recently from a Dogs Home, where she had been placed by her former owners. She was not abandoned, but put up for adoption due to family reasons by her former owners.

Keisha came home to Tullah one Monday, a home where she will be loved, and have her Keeshond Sister Sigrid to live & play with.

Keisha was in urgent need of a Good bath and a determined brushing, as She was not looking her best, with all that matted odourous Hair. After many hours of brushing and washing, Keisha now looked like a new Dog. All fluffy and clean, and almost a new colour too!

Stay tuned for more Keisha Stories. I think She has much to say, and many Tales to create.

Max...The Tasmanian..the Tales continue!

Here is Max.

How relaxed is this dog!!
I am still 'Dog'Sitting Max since his arrival in Tasmania. It is a daily joy to have him around, playing with me, walking on the beaches, sitting on the console of the car on his drives, and snuggling up to me on the bed at night.
One day I will have to return him to his other Daddy, who is setting up Max's new Home down near Hobart. I will miss his company, but this time I am not sad, as I know he will be only a short drive away. He will still be on Tassie soil, as I will be also. His 'Family' are here in Tassie, and he has not one, but many homes now. He is one lucky Max indeed.
